Refund policy

At Samyatva Ayurveda, we take great care in preparing and packaging our herbal products. To maintain the integrity and safety of our formulations, we have the following policy:

No returns or refunds will be accepted if:

• The product seal has been broken or tampered with
• The product has been opened and/or used
• The product is not returned in its original, unused condition and packaging

Eligible returns: We accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition, reported within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at [your email address].

How to initiate a return: Contact us at [your email/contact] with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Note: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
